PARKING
Parking is available on site. You can enter through the alley way from Carlton Parade or come in from South Road through our drive way.  If you are coming from the North, you will need to turn right on Henley Beach Road and right again at Spartan Electrical and right again into Carlton Parade.


BOOKINGS
Advanced bookings are required, however we are happy to accommodate spontaneous clients. For Spa packages, Indica requires either a deposit or credit card details to confirm your booking.

Please mention if you are redeeming a voucher.

SUNDAY BOOKINGS INCUR A 15% SURCHARGE AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INCUR A 20% SURCHARGE.


CHECK IN
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, this will ensure you maximize your Indica experience. This assists a relaxing treatment outcome and avoids reduced treatment time.

Arriving late will reduce your treatment time therefore your experience. Your treatment time will end at the scheduled time as not to encroach on the next clients booking.


ETIQUETTE
We ask that noise is to be kept to a minimum, including mobile phones, this ensures all clients enjoy and relax in our peaceful surroundings. Please note, although we love children, their attendance is discouraged.


SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
We ask that you inform us of any medical conditions or medications, as some treatments may not be suitable and an alternative can be suggested.


GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6months from the date of purchase. You may request an extension of 4 weeks if provided you make the request prior to expiry date. In the absence of this request the gift voucher will only be honoured for the monetary value of the purchase price and not the value of the services or service. Beyond 12 months the gift voucher is deemed redeemed.


CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to reschedule an appointment we would require 24hours notice. Failure to do so may result in any deposits or gift vouchers attached to the booking being forfeited.


REFUND POLICY
Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for products or cash but may be passed on to somebody else or exchanged for another service of the same value. No Refunds given on Gift Vouchers. Please talk with a staff member if you have any enquiries.
